In order to achieve uniform wear and maximize tread life, your tires should be rotated regularly. Please follow the recommendations of the vehicle manufacturer regarding the swapping method and interval time. Unless otherwise specified by the vehicle manufacturer, Changlu Hong recommends regular tire rotation. For example, when replacing summer tires with winter tires, or when the mileage reaches 5000-10000 kilometers, or even earlier, when abnormal wear begins to occur. If abnormal tire wear begins, please request service personnel to inspect and/or correct wheel alignment or other mechanical issues.
A full-size spare tire (not a temporary spare tire) with the same specifications and structure as the other four tires should be considered for tire rotation. Before using the spare tire in the rotation, please make sure to check and adjust the inflation pressure of the full-size spare tire.
Adjust the inflation pressure according to the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations for each wheel position (the specific air pressure of the front and rear wheels may be different).
Tire rotation may affect the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). Refer to the owner's manual or consult a qualified service professional to make appropriate adjustments or recalibrations to the tire pressure monitoring system.
